Bold & Direct

Some talk about public safety. Paul Moore has lived it.

From local neighborhoods to embassies and consulates on multiple continents, Paul has spent his entire adult life protecting people.

He served six years as a Marine, trained by the U.S. State Department to guard American diplomats around the world.

He went on to serve as a deputy sheriff and Oregon State Trooper, earning his motorcycle officer certification and serving in the state motorcycle unit. Later, Paul brought that same discipline to the private sector, rising to General Manager at Brinks Home Security and earning certification as a Personal Protection Officer — working security for major events and providing close protection for celebrities and public figures.

At an age when most people slow down, Paul Moore stepped up. He just became the oldest person in the history of Utah to graduate from the POST law enforcement academy — meeting every physical and academic standard required of any officer decades younger.

Paul believes the Sheriff’s Office belongs to the people — not political factions, special interests, or partisan games. He’s running as your neighbor. It’s a promise to every person in this county — no matter your background or your beliefs. He will serve every citizen of Wasatch County.

His promise is simple: Transparency. Integrity. A philosophy of Compassion with Accountability.

A Sheriff who remembers that “protect and serve” is a commitment, not a slogan. The constitutional guardian of the county — a gatekeeper between the government and the people it serves.

Equal treatment under the law.

This campaign is not about politics. It’s about protection. It’s about trust.

Vote Paul Moore — because your safety deserves experience. Your safety deserves “Moore”.

“As a leader in the department and in the community, I will have an open-door policy for communication. Management manages people. Good leadership listens, is fair, open and honest…serves with quiet strength. I will serve Wasatch Co. with these principles.”
